Installation of fitted kitchens

Tender description

Orbit Group Limited have appointed 4 suppliers to enter into a framework contract to provide Kitchen and Bathroom installation and improvements (including any associated general building works and sound insulation). The Framework is for a maximum term of 4 years (2+2) and the works consist of kitchen and bathroom installation and improvements to include, but not limited to: Kitchens — Design, supply and fit Kitchens; All mechanical, electrical, gas, hot and cold plumbing works; General associated building works and sound insulation; Compliance with Electrical, Gas, Asbestos, Legionella and any other statutory requirement or regulation identified; Dedicated Project, site and resident management services. Bathrooms — Design, supply and fit Bathrooms; All mechanical, electrical, gas, hot and cold plumbing works; General associated building works and sound insulation; Compliance with Electrical, Gas, Asbestos, Legionella and any other statutory requirement or regulation identified; Dedicated Project, site and resident management services.
