Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (The Authority) invited organisations with relevant experience of providing accommodation based support service for women and children affected by domestic violence to submit bids for the above contract on behalf of Adult Social Care. The requirement was split into 2 lots: Lot 1: Refuges for South Asian victims of domestic violence. Lot 2: Intensive Support Refuges (K1 + K2). Bidders were able to bid for 1 or both Lots. The contracts shall commence on 1.7.2017 until 30.6.2020, with the option to extend for up to an additional 2 years. The tender process selected for this contract was an Open Process, and the requirement was split into 2 Lots for specialist Refuge Services as detailed within the OJEU notice and on the London Tenders Portal. Lot 1 is for a Specialist Refuge and associated support for South Asian victims of domestic violence at a confidential location.
