Tender description
Durham County Council is seeking to establish a Provider Panel for the Provision of Short Break Services to meet the assessed needs of those families with SEND requiring short breaks to provide early help to prevent needs from escalating and to support those with complex needs (Age 0 to 25). This has been split into individual lots. This Provider Panel is being created without any restrictions placed on the number of successful Providers who may be appointed as Panel Members. Multiple providers without restriction for the Provider Panel. Multiple providers without restriction may be members of the Provider Panel. Mulitple Providers without restriction may be members of the Provider Panel.
