Tender description
Durham County Council is looking to appoint a single Provider to provide a complete Locksmith Service. This Framework is for an initial period of 2 years commencing 1st September 2017 until 31st August 2019 (with an option to extend for a further 2 years). The scope of this Framework will include the supply of locks and security hardware, installation of hardware, repairing and replacing existing locks, a key cutting service, emergency access to Council properties and the design and installation of master keyed suites that could include extensions to existing suites. The Provider is also required to carry sufficient stocks of spares that may be needed to ensure repairs can be carried out in an efficient manner. A 24-hour, 7-day a week service must be provided in order to meet the requirements of the Council. Keywords: Locksmith
