City Building intends to seek offers from suitable candidates for a complete elevator package solution to include (but not limited to) Site Surveys, design and bespoke CAD drawings, supply and delivery of components, technical guidance. Bidders must note that full installation will be carried out by City Building with the successful tenderer called upon for the design and supply and delivery of products and technical guidance, Component parts must be available for future repair and maintenance. Any such products required for any future repairs and maintenance will be supplied to City Building for City Building to carry out the repair.
