Lot 1: Telecommunications Professional Services Property and Telecoms Clearances, Energisation Testing, Rent reviews/Lease Renewals, Preparation of documentation for new lettings, rent reviews and renewals, Carry out inspections of telecoms equipment as required, inspect and audit to verify sites built in accordance with plans, ensure safety documentation is completed in accordance with NR Asset Protection requirements. Lot 2: Telecoms Design and Consultancy Services: Consultancy services — Provide project management and technical expertise to assist with the management of the existing portfolio and the roll out of new telecoms technology, Advise on procurement and technical issues, Construction Issue Designs, Drawings and Plans (Preparation and review of third party plans/ designs).
