Tender description

Cumbria County Council requires the services of external temporary traffic management contractors for the delivery of around 165 schemes each year varying in cost from several hundred pounds to no more than 10 000 GBP with an average scheme value of 1 500 GBP and a total spend of circa 250 000 GBP per year. The framework will run for 4 years. Up to 4 contractors will be appointed to the list for each area. The Services have been divided into the following work packages (Lots): — Lot 1 — East Area including Carlisle and Eden districts, — Lot 2 — West Area including Allerdale and Copeland districts, — Lot 3 — South Area including South Lakeland and Barrow districts. Tenderers are invited to bid for one or more Lots. Up to 4 suppliers will be included on each Lot of the framework. External temporary traffic management contractors for the east area. External temporary traffic management contractors for the west area. External temporary traffic management contractors for the south area.
