Tender description

The Council, on behalf of the RBWM Property Company Limited is inviting bids for the provision Clients Representative, Programme Manager and other construction related professional services to support the strategic management and programme coordination of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenheads Regeneration Programme. The Council is working with a range of partner and stakeholders in different sectors, is progressing a multi billion pound programme to regenerate Maidenhead. The Council's priority is to make Maidenhead a place that works for everyone. This means great schools for local children, excellent job opportunities for local residents and homes that are affordable to all not just the few. The Council has recently determined that the Council's wholly owned property company RBWM Property Co Ltd will take the lead on the coordination of the Maidenhead Regeneration Programme. The Property Company is, therefore, seeking to appoint a Service Provider to support the programme and project management of the Maidenhead Regeneration Programme and provide other specialist advice as required.
