Leicestershire County Council are undertaking a procurement exercise to appoint a supplier to enter into a partnership for the delivery of Photography and Videography to Leicestershire Verified Venues and enter into a Partnership with Celebrate in Leicestershire. Please note this contract is being let as a Concession Contract Concession of which the value falls under PCR threshold for Concession Contract. This is a new venture that the Council are currently not providing in the market and therefore are unable to provide a suitable anticipated value to this concessionary contract. The value of the contract for the Supplier and Council will be based upon the level of uptake from verified venues through Leicestershire Registration Service. It is important to note that the Council shall not be promising any minimum or guaranteed number of Customers to the Supplier.
