Tender description

Sefton Council currently outsources a number of key services under a 10 year agreement which commenced in October 2008. These services are: • ICT • Revenues & Benefits • Customer Services • Transactional HR & Payroll; and • Accounts Payable The contract is due to conclude in September 2018, and Sefton Council with their outsourced partner has commenced a programme of work relating to an agreed Exit Plan. As part of this programme, Sefton Council are advertising for an experienced Insourcing Project Manager. This post is required to ensure the orderly transition of services from the Service Provider to the Council and /or any replacement Service Provider for ICT by 1st October 2018.
