Le présent marché porte sur la supervision d'établissements des secteurs DAF et OQN dans le cadre d'une enquête de coûts dans le secteur psychiatrie. Le marché porte sur une prestation de supervision des établissements participant à l'enquête de coûts. Le présent marché est conclu sous la forme d'un accord-cadre avec un seul opérateur économique. Il sera exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande sans remise en concurrence ni négociation. Ce marché est conclu: — pour la première période de marché: sans quantité minimum et avec la quantité maximum suivante: 250 structures à superviser, — pour la seconde période marché: sans quantité minimum et avec la quantité maximum suivante: 250 structures à superviser.
