Tender description
New legislation introduced in July 2016 (The Control of Electromagnetic Fields Regulations 2016) placed a duty on employers to prevent/control a risk of exposure to harmful Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) levels. Newcastle City Council have identified 16 rooftop locations where there are a number of antenna and require an audit to understand the potential risk to employees and use this information to develop an action plan to manage these risks.
