Sand Filter Maintenance — Routine C535 (Lot 1) and Repairs F524 (Lot 2) requirements for Southern Water. Routine Maintenance of Wastewater Sand Filters and emergency breakdown response across Southern Water's relevant sites. This includes, without limitation: — Service of sand filters as per the mandatory intervals; — Maintenance of sand filter compressors as required; — Attendance to breakdown; — 24 hours emergency response and repair; and — Provision of spare parts as required to respond to any emergency. Non-urgent repairs and reactive maintenance of Southern Waters wastewater sand filters. This includes, without limitation: — Repair of Sand Filters and / or Sand Filter Compressors; — Bed repair; and — Provision of spares parts;
