Tender for Provision of Design Services for Cottingley Primary Academy Expansion Project

Tender description

We are looking to appoint a professional services company to work with the Trust and the academy in the expansion plans for Cottingley Primary Academy including the design of two new genereal teaching rooms, possible development of safeguarding arrangements such as main reception area, traffic management, visitor and pedestrian access and the general flow of the current buildings. The successful provider will provide amongst the services, inclusive design process, develop existing works and carry out feasibility studies as necessary, develop concepts and detailed designs as well as managing relevant planning applications, undertake required tendering for building contractor in line with AET tendering procedures and monitor the build process to ensure build quality is in line with the detailed design proposals and ensure that budgetary targets are met.
