The provision for Ad-Hoc Transport. The providers for Ad-Hoc Transport, will if successful be entered into a framework agreement and be eligible to be considered for providing: 1: Regular transport from home to school, contact venues, respite; 2: A resource on a rota basis for one or more, the vehicle used must have a minimum of 6 passenger seats, the resource would be required for one week at a time from Monday 8:00 to Sunday 18:00. Journey pricing matrix = Journeys from Luton to Luton — set price for peak times with and without passenger assistant. Journeys from Luton to Luton — set price for non-peak times with and without passenger assistant. Journeys from Luton to anywhere outside the Luton boundary — driver cost / per hour peak. Journeys from Luton to anywhere outside the Luton boundary — driver cost / per hour non-peak. Journeys from Luton to anywhere outside the Luton boundary — driver cost / per hour peak with passenger assistance.
