Tender description

YPO are looking to appoint a supplier with the ability to fulfil a comprehensive contract for the provision of a Microsoft NAV 2016 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The contract is designed to meet the high expectations of YPO in terms of quality, functionality and price by replacing part of our Legacy system which will be rolled out company-wide. Variant bids are required for this procurement process and bidders are expected to submit 1 bid for each of the following variants in this process. The contract will cover the period from 3.1.2017 to 2.1.2022, with an option to extend for a further period of up to 5 years; a potential maximum period of 10 years in total (5+5).
