Tender description

Procurement is for provision of registered residential care services in the Fareham area within Hampshire, supporting people with learning disabilities, for a period of up to 12 months. Service capacity is 11 units, with contracted capacity of 10 units. The Service is to additionally undertake work to make application during this time to CQC (Care Quality Commission) to de-register and as necessary undertake associated consultation and preparatory work with service users, their support networks, staff and relevant other stakeholders, to complete this process within the 12 month contract period. Procurement is for the provision of registered residential care services in the Fareham area within Hampshire, supporting people who experience learning disabilities to live independently. Service provision will be delivered in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014. The life of the contract term will be for a period of up to 12 months, or until such time earlier than this should the Service apply to CQC de-register and complete that process. The contracted hours incorporating sleep-ins equates to 488 for the service provision as a whole.
