Tender description
The Service will provide help and support to individual residents in the North of the Cheshire East Borough Council area, who have a housing related need. It will cover a wide range of activities and behaviours, including; homelessness prevention; assistance with life skills; budgeting; maintaining tenancies; arranging repairs to enable people to remain in their own home and helping people to understand the consequences of their actions, for example, getting along with neighbours; coping with rent arrears and avoiding eviction. This Service will contribute towards the strategic objective of ensuring good emotional health and well-being of residents in Cheshire East with housing related support needs. The contract will be divided in to 3 Lots and bidders may tender for 1 or all. Accommodation (Mixed gender); Floating Support (Resettlement); Floating Support (Direct Referral); Floating Support (Weekend provision). Accommodation (Women only, including single female parents). Accommodation (Care leavers; cared for children and young single homeless). Floating Support (Resettlement).
