Single Economic Operator Framework for the provision of Temporary Traffic Management Design services to Monaghan County Council

Provision of consultant services to Monaghan County Council for Temporary Traffic Management Design, including but not limited to; >Carry out onsite and desktop TTM assessments and surveys and reporting on same. >Preparing preliminary Temporary Traffic Management Design drawings, scoping documents and diversions route drawings for use in tender documents. >Preparing Construction stage Temporary Traffic Management Design drawings, method statements and risk assessments for all stages of the temporary traffic management installation including but not limited to; TTM installation phase, TTM during actual works, TTM setup for out of hours periods, TTM transitions, TTM removal on completion. >Analysis and commentary on TTM designs, drawings and health and Safety documentation provided by third parties and reporting on any deficencies within these documents and issue of recommendations/comments to improve. >Carry out onsite audits of TTM designs completed by the consultant or by others and issue audit reports.
