Cardiff Council is looking to procure a new back-office Domestic Waste Management System and an In-Cab/mobile working system that will allow Waste Collections to improve the quality, safety and efficiency of the service. Cardiff Council is looking to procure a new back-office Domestic Waste Management System and an In-Cab/mobile working system that will allow Waste Collections to improve the quality, safety and efficiency of the service. Key areas that we are looking for any new system to provide include, but are not limited to, the following; A back office system that provides property, round and asset management capabilities. A reporting suite that will allow the sharing of key waste information across different departments. Integration between the back office system and In-cab/mobile working systems. In-cab technology should allow for Real time alerts e.g. health & safety alerts Round navigation Real time reporting of street and/or property incidents/actions Potential to provide integration capabilities to enable information and data to be shared with wider Council systems e.g. CRM, LLPG, Route Optimisation Software Improve the efficiency of resources and business processes.
