Tender description

GP services at the Orient Community Practice, 75 Oliver Road, Leyton, E10 5LG are currently managed by Forest Community Health Limited. Orient Community Practice is located in the London Borough of Waltham Forest and it is part of Waltham Forest Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The current contract for the provision of primary medical care services is due to expire on 31st March 2017. The contract is currently part of a the London-wide procurement programme of procurements for primary medical care services to be delivered under an APMS contract for the Authority and its CCG partners within a London-wide rolling programme. The programme forms part of NHS England’s offer to London CCGs under the terms of the MOU and London Operating Model. Under this programme the new provider will not be appointed until 1st October 2017 and as the current contract will come to an end on the 31st March 2017 and with the current provider not willing to extend until the 1st of October 2017, NHS England are looking to appoint a provider for a six month period until the new provider is appointed under the London-wide procurement programme.
