Tender description

This contract is for the replacement of of the central boiler plant of an 18 property community boiler. The Hunsdon Close buildings consist of 3 No. blocks each containing 18 flats over 3 floors. The plant room is located at first floor in the middle block. The buildings were constructed in the late 1970's early 1980's of brick construction with solid concrete floors. From the main plant room heating pipework extends to each block where it rises into the roof space prior to dropping back down to serve the individual flats.
