Operation of a Funfair at Bournemouth Air Festival 2017-2019

Tender description

Bournemouth Borough Council requires quotes for the provision and operation of a Funfair at two sites during the Bournemouth Air Festival 2017-2019. The first site will be situated close to the East Cliff Zigzag and will be on the sandy beach. This site will measure 80 metres in length by approximately 20 metres in depth. The second site will consist of both hard-standing and beach space and will be situated to the east of Toft Zigzag. The hard standing space will measure 85 metres in length by 5 metres depth and the beach area will measure 85 metres in length by 20 metres depth. The length of the contract is for three years with the option to extend the contract annually for a further two years. Therefore, if all extensions were taken, the full length of the contract would be for five years. This is a Concession opportunity.
