(NU/1250) - Provision of Linen and Laundry Services for Carlton Lodge

Tender description

The scope of this Contract is to provide a fully managed laundry service for Carlton Lodge, envisaged as: • Provision of an anticipated 4 sets of linen for each room, for exclusive use by the University. This linen must be new at the start of the Contract. • Collection of dirty linen. • Laundry (wash and finish) • Delivery of laundered linen to replenish spare stores stock on-site. • Storage of excess linen that cannot be held in the spare stores stock off-site as required. • Repairs and replacement of linen. The initial Contract is from 1st February 2017 to 31st January 2019 with options to extend for 2 further 12 month periods, subject to the delivery of a satisfactory standard of performance of its obligations under the Contract by the Contractor.
