Tender description

Choice have 3 sheltered housing schemes classed as commercial natural gas customers. The current contract for these sites is due to end on 28.2.2017 and so a new contract is required. Natural gas costs at these schemes relate to communal heating with charges passed on to our customers through their service charges. Choice Housing Ireland wish to procure the supply of natural gas to three housing schemes in Greater Belfast for a period of 15 months. Any new contracts are anticipated to commence no later than 1.3.2017.
