MINI - TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF MICROSOFT ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT UNDER FRAMEWORK RM3733 TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS 2, LOT 2

Tender description

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is looking to enter into a three year contract for the provision of a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement. The aims and objectives of the services will be: (i) To be the councils Licensing Solutions Partner (LSP) for its Microsoft Enterprise Agreement. (ii) To help the council manage its Microsoft licensing to ensure good value from its investments while ensuring that the council continues to maintain software compliance. (iii) To help the council manage the Software Assurance Benefits available under the agreement. The Councils current Enterprise agreement expires in March 2017, but due to the price rises, the council is looking to early commit for a new Enterprise agreement and because of Christmas the submission of order needs to be with Microsoft by the 14th December. The Council utilised an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there were no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and all communications with the Council, including the submission of Tenderers' Responses, were conducted via the ProContract system, which can be accessed using the following link: http://sebp.due-north.com
