Northumbrian Water (NW) and Essex & Suffolk Water (NWG) (together known as Northumbrian Water Group (NWG)) provide their customers with the option to request free water saving products. The products include a variety of devices and leaflets which help the customer to reduce utility bills and water consumption. Collectively the products create a bespoke water saving kit for each customer to help them reduce their water consumption and therefore their utility bills in their home. Up until now this process has been completed internally but we are now looking for this to be contracted out with the processes involved detailed within this specification. NWG is recognized as a leading company in the development of water efficiency in the UK. Maintaining this position is important to the company and water saving kits are key to the company's water efficiency programme and its ambitions to deliver water savings. The successful contractor will be awarded the programme as a sole supplier of the required works. Work is to be undertaken in conjunction with the NWG Water Efficiency team. Throughout the project, NWG expect nothing less than excellent customer service. The successful contractor will be able to demonstrate and deliver the highest level of customer service along with the ability to develop a structured database capable of delivering a wide range of tasks as well as fulfilling bespoke water saving kits for customers across our supply area. The contract length will be 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year.
