Tender description

The NHS Commissioning Board, known as NHS England, (London Region) the Contracting Authority, (hereafter referred to as "The Authority") is seeking to notify suitable providers of Primary Care Services, who are capable of undertaking GP contracts in London, of its intention to initiate future procurement of Tranche 5 (T5) of the London APMS Programme. T5 will incorporate 17 APMS contracts, across the following locations within London: Bedfont Practice (TW14) The Great West Surgery/Heston Practice (TW4) Isleworth Practice/Grove Medical Centre (TW7) Orient Community Practice (E10) The Rowans Surgery (SW16) Somers Town Medical Centre (NW1) Chestnuts Park Surgery/The Laurels Medical Practice (N15) Acton Lane/Harness Harlesden (NW10) Central Colindale Practice (NW9) Edridge Road Health Centre (CR9) Featherstone Road Health Centre (UB2) Halfpenny Steps Health Centre (W10) Sandringham Practice (E8) Springfield Health Centre/Tollgate Lodge Health Centre (N16) Kings Park Surgery (RM3) Woodbridge Medical Centre (UB1) Broadmead Surgery (UB5) The T5 APMS ITT is due for release in January 2017. Prospective Bidders will be required to register on The Authority's e-tendering portal (ProContract) prior to accessing the ITT documentation (see Appendix 3 below - ProContract Registration). In alignment with its obligations under the Public Contract Regulations 2015, (PCR2015) advertisements will also be placed in The Official Journal of the European Union and Contracts Finder. Prospective Bidders are invited to register for a Bidder Information and Training Event, to be convened on Wednesday 11th January 2017, from 1pm to 5pm at The Strand Palace Hotel, 372 Strand, London, WC2R 0JJ. https://www.strandpalacehotel.co.uk/location/ To register for the Bidder Event, Prospective Bidders must complete the attached registration form, attached as Appendix 2, and submit via email to david.mansfield@nelcsu.nhs.uk The deadline for receipt of Bidder Event registration forms is Wednesday 04th January at 12:00 (noon). Please note that registration for this event will not be accepted via any other method than the process described above. Entrance to the event will only be permitted to attendees who have been registered prior to the stated deadline via a submitted registration form. Prospective Bidders are also requested to note that registering for the Bidder Information and Training Event will not automatically generate a corresponding Expression of Interest (EoI) for the T5 APMS Procurement. Bidders must register separately for both the event and ITT opportunity. Appendices 1 - 3, together with a full copy of the event advertisement, are available from the attachments section below
