Tender description

Monsterrat Road is located in Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire. This contract is for the provision of care and support in the former residential home which have now deregistered to a supported living scheme. The Hampshire Deregistration Partnership Register (HDPR) is a bespoke procurement vehicle under the Light Touch Regime set out in Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Its purpose is to facilitate partnership working between the County Council and deregistering providers and allow for the award of care and support contracts following deregistration to the existing provider. The HDPR is a hybrid procurement vehicle combining features from the formal framework and dynamic purchasing system models. Consultation was undertaken with the service users residing in the residential home prior to its deregistration to determine whether deregistration and the retention of the provider was their choice. These consultations included service user's families as well as the provider and care manager.
