The primary objectives under this contract will be: — to provide a Hearing Aid ‘post issue’ Support Service to empower adult service users in the use of hearing aids; — to promote a Hearing Aid User Support Service. HAUSS. for adult service users; — to enable adult service users to access a support service where they can be given a focussed intervention; — to discuss with adult service users the use of their hearing aid. s. and their needs with a non-clinical Liaison Officer who is able to direct them towards sources of support that will enable them to manage and make best use of their hearing aid. s.
