Belfast City Council (‘the Council’ or ‘BCC’) invites the submission of completed pre-qualification questionnaires for the fabrication, delivery and storage of galvanised and powder coated alley gates at various locations in Belfast. The Investment Programme for 2016-2019 includes the alley gating scheme as part of the Physical Investment Programme. The current levels of funding would allow approximately 100 - 200 gates (single and double leaf) and all associated accessories (such as side panels, anti-climb rollers, hinges, support posts, gate stops, locks and keys), with the potential for delivery of further gates under subsequent funding arrangements. No guarantee however can be made that future funding for further alley gates will materialise.
