Flying Starts Nursery\n \n Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (\"The Council\") invites interested parties ('Tenderers') to participate in a tender exercise for Flying Starts Nursery.\n \n The duration of the contract will be for 4 years ('contract period') \n \n Tenderers should note that there is a requirement to enter into a lease agreement and an operational agreement.
