Who Speclialist Work With You will work with business analysts as part of an established programme. What Specialists Work On 1. Confirm business needs for spatial asset data and existing dependencies. 2. Identify the issues associated with using linear referencing as a basis for defence data. 3. Assess the impact on existing dependencies. 4. Assess the longer-term implications for data management. 5. Estimate the costs of implementation and the longer-term costs and benefits. 6. Identify the business risks. Where the Work Takes Place Bristol (BS1) with some visits to central London (SW1P). Early Market Engagement Limited early market engagement was carried out to confirm and refine the scope of work. Working Arrangements Bristol/Reading 2 days a week minimum. Some remote working. Need to work effectively with a dispersed project team. Work Location Bristol (BS1) with some visits to central London (SW1P). Security Clearance None needed. Additional T&Cs Skills & Experience GIS software implementation and spatial data formats Implementing data management policies Establishing the impacts of data structures of business needs Wide knowledge of data related issues, including spatial and non-spatial data Asset management in the environmental sector Nice to Haves Experience of spatial data solutions in the public sector Experience of spatial data solutions in the utilities and/or infrastructure sectors No. of Specialists to Evaluate 4 Cultural Fit Criteria Work as part of a wider team Be transparent and collaborative when making decisions Take responsibility for their work Be comfortable standing up for their discipline Be comfortable working with clients with low technical expertise Assessment Method Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 40% Cultural fit 10% Price 50% Questions from Suppliers Budget range maximum day rate £600 (excludes expenses).
