Tender description
The equipment consists of specialist Ambient Experience lighting and including MRI and MRI projects. Any downtime with this equipment can result in delays in reporting which carries a clinical risk. The equipment consists of specialist imaging equipment and requires the list below to be included in this agreement. 1. Technical Phone Support; 2. Initial and Remote/On site Response Time; 3. Replacement and exchange of standard parts; 4. Software and hardware updates included; 5. Telephone support through the Customer Care Centre; 6. Remote diagnosis and resolution; 7. Quality Check; 8. Lamp exchange if required; 9. System function check; 10. Labour and Travel for Corrective Maintenance reporting which carries a clinical risk.
