Tender description

Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHCFT) wishes to establish a contract for the provision of Counselling services within the North Tyneside Talking Therapies service (NTTT). NTTT which is run by NHCFT delivers primary care psychological therapies using the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) stepped care model across North Tyneside. NHCFT require a supplier to deliver a fully integrated Counselling service, under Step 2c of the stepped care model and clinical pathway. It is expected that the provider will offer a range of counselling interventions. The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend by a further 2 x 12 month periods. The Contracting Authority is conducting this procurement as an Open Procedure under the Light Touch Regime in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
