Consultancy Services: Procuring Innovation - Barriers and Solutions for Cities

Tender description

The Catapult requires a suitably experienced and capable consultancy service provider to provide advisory services to produce a detailed analysis, including recommendations to provide insight to the Catapult and its partners' future activities in regards to removing barriers to procuring innovation and integrated (cross-sector) solutions in cities. The output from the services will be in the form of an internal report and external publication in the form of a guidance note for procuring authorities. The deliverables include a written report, best practice reference guide and business cases to accompany recommendations. All deliverables must be complete by 31 March 2017.
