Tender description

NHS Bromley CCG is seeking to procure a wide range of community services. Services in this lot include: Community Children's Nursing, Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Community Paediatrics, Community Dietetics, Short Breaks, Paediatric Secondary Audiology. Services in this lot include: Integrated Community Nursing (including District Nursing and Community Matrons), Community Physiotherapy (at home), Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Community Dietetics, Bladder and Bowel, Integrated Respiratory Service including Home Oxygen Service — Assessment and Review, Tissue Viability (including Leg Ulcer and Lymphoedema), Falls and Fracture Prevention, Vasectomy, IT support; plus two Specialist Adult and Children Services (Podiatry, Wheelchair and Special Seating). Services in this lot include: Rapid Response, GP Out-of-Hours, In Reach/Supported Discharge, Community Rehabilitation (Bed Pathway, Home Pathway and Neuro Rehab), Reablement.
