Tender description
The Contract is for the provision of a new car park (approximately 167 spaces) in Coleraine Campus. The works shall include (but shall not be limited to) site clearance, top soil strip, bulk excavation fill and disposal, provision of new entrance, pedestrian routes, car park construction, asphalt/bitmac surfacing, services diversion and protection, associated drainage and storm water attenuation, street lighting, CCTV security cameras and signage. The Contract period shall be 12 weeks.
