Branch provision of primary medical care services to patients at Stockton Health Centre, Tithebarn House, Stockton-on-Tees NHS Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees Clinical Commissioning Group in conjunction with NHS England have invited practices in Stockton-on-Tees to deliver primary medical care services to the registered list of Stockton Health Centre. This procurement follows the basic principles of a one stage procurement process by invitation only to GMS and PMS practices to deliver a full time branch site from the current Stockton Health Centre premises at Tithebarn House, Stockton-on-Tees for a period of 5 years, which would be varied into the successful bidder's GMS or PMS contract. The list size of the practice is 2,071 patients as at 01 October 2016. The aim of the service is to deliver essential, additional and enhanced services to registered patients from a premises located at; • Stockton Health Centre, Tithebarn House, High Newham Road, Hardwick, Stockton-on-Tees, TS19 8RH Further information regarding the financial value can be found within the information contained in the tender documentation which has been sent to practices by invitation. Contract and service commencement will be 01 April 2017. NHS England is utilising e-mail to communicate with potential providers.
