Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of the refurbishment of a pitch at Neillsbrook Community Centre Randalstown (refer to Annex 1 for existing site plan). • The Works include the following:- 1. The removal of the 3 existing mini soccer pitches and individual fencing. 2. The installation of a new drainage system. 3. The construction of a 54.3m x 38.5m (includes runoff areas) 3G synthetic pitch with shockpad. 4. Retaining the existing 2.5m high paladin fence around the new pitch with the addition of a new 2m gate. 5. The construction of a fenced off container storage area to one side of the pitch including concrete slab.
