SCDC will require the successful contractor to provide a customer focused service and show a commitment to providing an effective service that provides value for money to the Council and its residents. General description of works: Excavate existing surfaces, supply and lay Kerbs, install membrane, supply and install sub base, supply and lay tarmac, form area of new foot path, supply and lay 100mm drainage, supply and install soak away, supply and install new gully, alter level of existing gully.
