Tender description
Summary CWH - Westminster City Council has an ambitious Infill Programme which comprises conversions, disposals and new opportunity sites across the borough. This rolling programme aims to deliver as many new homes as possible. The programme has been divided into two work streams: 1. Conversions - basements, vacant buildings, offices etc., 2. New Builds – car parks, garage sites, sheds and vacant lots etc., The Council is seeking new innovative ways of bringing new homes to the borough and therefore is particular keen to utilise modern methods of construction (MMC) wherever possible. As part of this programme an opportunity has arisen under the New Builds work stream for the delivery of modular new build units. This opportunity has been divided into 2 lots by typical typology in order for The Council, in conjunction with our suppliers, to develop repeatable, cost effective methods of delivery as follows:
