Tender description
The Council’s Library Service, which is part of the Growth, Environment & Transport Directorate, wishes to provide a chip and pin and contactless payment facility on to twenty one of its new 108 RFID self service kiosks, provided by Bibliotheca. To this end, the Council is now seeking quotes from suitably qualified suppliers to provide payment service provision. The solution(s) must be fully PCI-DSS compliant and enable KCC to de-scope all activity for payment talking to ensure full compliance for the Council.
