Tender description

NHS England London Region is inviting expressions of interest from a suitable provider of Primary Care GP services to undertake a Special Allocation Scheme for patients removed after a violent incident in West London and Central London CCG area. The Contract will be for an initial period of 3 years (36 months). The initial period is followed by an optional extension period of up to 2 years (24 months) months. The estimated contract value for the initial 3 year period is approximately £60,000. The full, extended, 60 month contract is valued at approximately £100,000. The required start date for the new services is 3rd July 2017. Expressions of interest must be submitted via england.lon-nw-pcc@nhs.net by no later than 19th May 2017 at 12.00 noon. Providers interested in providing these services and who wish to be involved must respond to this advertisement by formally expressing an interest in this opportunity via england.lon-nw-pcc@nhs.net This advertisement is a call for competition via an expression of interest stage. No further contract notice will be published for this contract. Providers interested in providing these services and who wish to be involved in any subsequent tender process related to this contract must respond to this advertisement by formally expressing an interest in this opportunity via the process described above. Bidders who do not express an interest by the stated deadline will not be invited to submit a proposal. Please note this contract is a clinical contract under "Schedule 3" of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and is under the applicable threshold for Light Touch Regime procurements. Neither the inclusion of a Bidder selection stage nor the use of the term "Invitation To Tender" nor any other indication shall be taken to mean that NHS England intend to hold themselves bound by any of the Regulations, save those applicable to service contracts under the relevant threshold for Light-Touch Regime contracts.
