Tender description

Provision of 24hr on-site supported living service for adults with learning difficulties living at 98 Gloucester Road North, Filton, Bristol. South Gloucestershire Council is seeking bids from organisations for the provision of a Scheme Based Supported Living Service for individuals living at a new purpose built supported living scheme at 98 Gloucester Road North, Filton, Bristol. Support will be provided to adult service users with learning difficulties. Organisations must have a proven track record in providing support to service users with Learning Difficulties (including personal care) and must be CQC registered. The contract will commence on 14.8.2017. The service will require one on-site staff member to be available to support service users 24hrs per day 365 days per year and will include provision of one waking night staff member. The contract is for 48 months with an optional extension clause of 24 months subject to performance and funding.
