Manchester City Council are currently planning a significant programme of relocations in line with the estates transformation programme and as a result of major new delivery models to reform our services. The operational estate is reducing, meaning a number of the current operational sites will need to be emptied or refurbished. MCC will therefore need a framework of relocation contractors to help deliver this programme of work.
