DCH are seeking to appoint a real estate agent to provide the following services in connection with the disposal of office buildings owned by DCH: 1. Open Market Valuation appraisal with an options report of development opportunities including change of use, sale and, or investment potential; 2. Estate agency, disposal and or leasing services, including advertisement, brochures and signage. 3. Planning advice and submission for change of use/ alternative uses/re design, including advice in relation adjacent developments. 4. Architectural design team to prepare outline planning applications (if required). 5. Building Surveying Services - Party wall advice, rights to light, condition survey.
