Tender description

Supply, operation and maintenance of tampers, ballast regulators and dynamic track stabilisers for plain line and S&C track maintenance. Also includes the provision of road delivered tampers as a separate lot. The services may be undertaken on Network Rail's network, any Network Rail Group rail network and for Network Rail's rail industry partners and customer's rail networks. The Contract shall also include a provision to vary in Network Rail's TRAMM and Drain Train requirements upon expiry of the existing contracts. Supply, Operation & Maintenance of Network Rail's requirements On Track Machines (OTMs), including tampers, ballast regulators, dynamic track stabilisers and road delivered tampers. The contract will be for the supply of the machines, operation and maintenance of the OTMs. The services may be undertaken on Network Rail's network, any Network Rail Group rail network and for Network Rail's rail industry partners and customer's rail networks. There is also possibility that Network Rail will seek to vary its TRAMM and Drain Train requirements when the current contracts expire in March 2019.
