Bury Council is seeking for the provision of an online community engagement tool with the capacity to inform, engage, and facilitate consultation with the community and key stakeholders. The community engagement tool will support and better current community engagement activities and help to support Bury Council’s Neighbourhood working approach. The tool must be an easy to manage, user friendly online tool that facilitates engagement (in its many forms) in an accessible, interactive, safe and auditable environment. The tool is to be externally hosted and will need to allow access to numerous forms of engagement tools that will allow as many people to be aware, informed and engaged with projects.
