The London Borough of Hillingdon seeks multi-disciplinary consultancy services in connection with the replacement of an existing clubhouse within the Field End Recreation Ground, South Ruislip. The services are to include project management, preparing feasibility options, developing all aspects of the designs, obtaining planning permission, supporting the procurement of works contracts, administering the works contract, managing defect rectification post practical completion and advising and assisting Hillingdon on discharging its client duties under the CDM Regulations
